05 August 2008 - Saha Rating A.Ş. announced Lider Factorings Corporate Governance Rate as 6.97 (FLP-Priv).

24 July 2008 - It has been requested from the Competition Board to grant approval to the acquisition of shares of Lider Faktoring Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi representing 9.9% percentage of the share capital of Lider by Credit Suisse Investments Nederland BV. The Competition Board, in its meeting of July 24, 2008 has resolved under no. 08-47/664-258 that the notified transaction amounts to a notifiable transaction under Article 7 of the Law No. 4054, and the “Communiqué No. 1997/1 on the Mergers and Acquisitions Subject to the Permission of the Competition Board”, however, the transaction does not result in the creation or strengthening of a dominant position within the meaning of Article 7 of the Law No. 4054, and does not significantly impede the competition in the relevant market, and therefore clearance to the notified transaction is hereby granted.

26 June 2008 – The BRSA (BDDK) granted to the Denizli and Konya Liaison Offices start into operation.

01 May 2008 – Lider Factoring is qualified Agent Certificate from BRSA (BDDK) after a success accommodation of the Regulation on the Establishment and Operations of the Leasing, Factoring and Finance Firms. The BRSA (BDDK) inform us resolved under no. BDDK.UYII.134.44-6104 dated 01 May 2008 that BRSA (BDDK) has grant approval to the Agent Certificate in his meeting of 30 April 2008, board resolution no. 2585.

15 April 2008 - Due to the Istanbul Tax Administration Office announcement, Lider Factoring is the 61st most tax payer of Istanbul with the accrual of YTL 21.528.310 and YTL 4.305.662 payment.
